Our Beef - Grass fed, antibiotic free, hormone free, chemical free beef from Pikiroa Organic Farm and processed at our shop. Dry aged for 21 days minimum on the bone.
Sirloin/Porterhouse steak is recognised by it's fine grain and exterior of fat down one side. It is a tender cut and excellent for grilling. Leave the edge of fat on while cooking to enhance the flavour and succulence of this steak.
Best cooked on a hot plate, seared both sides and put on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes.
